The DVD for 13-14 will be out in July. 11-12 this month.

If you're wondering about 15+ there is currently no schedule on when these will be done. The beginning of Takumi and Shinji's race is where the manga is currently. It's ongoing and the animators aren't going to make something up,like Naruto or Bleach. So we can only be patient and wait for the climactic race to appear in animated form.

Well, Takumi and Shinji are still racing in the manga. They will probably pick up later with a movie or a continuation of Fifth Stage. No idea, nothing is in the works yet.
