Sync/Streaming Setup Help

Howdy sir,

Not sure if you'd remember us.. but I'm John Dowty.
A friend (Sammie Cranston),and my wife and I came down once a year or so ago and watched some anime with you guys.
It was a lot of fun, and sadly, we moved to the other side of town right after we found you guys' existed.

Anywho, I am wanting to start a small viewing group at our place on the west side of town.

Problem is, I'm not to familiar with syncing, or streaming 2 tv's (with win7 PCs) to the same video feed.
I've been trying to get VLC to do this, and while I get it to function, the quality just isn't there.. and the feed is spotty.
I remember your system was set up very nicely, and was curious what you do.

I'm pretty tech savvy myself, but I can't seem to find anything current on VLC setup for an HD stream.
It's all inter-network connections, btw.

I'd appreciate any help you are willing to offer.

Sorry, I'm not always good with names of people I don't see on a regular basis. Were you the ones who came after AnimeFest but had to leave after about two hours?

Instead of trying to set up a west side viewing, all you have to do is come here. We like it when more people show up. I'd have to show you what I do to sync everything up. We're showing new stuff all the time and having a good time.
